Leading the way as Head Coach is José Lima Jr. With his deep baseball knowledge and passion for player development, the Bomberz are in great hands. Supporting the team on and off the field is General Manager Brady Gibson, who brings strong leadership and a commitment to building a program where young athletes can grow and succeed. The Neartown Bomberz are ready to hit the ground running and show the baseball community what hard work, teamwork, and “Lima Time” are all about. Let’s play ball!

WINTER: RESET BLOCK
- Additional rest + reduced throwing intensity
- Address mobility/strength basics
- Recovery and small skill work
Spring: Low Touch Season
- Lighter schedule supports multi-sport athletes
- Prioritizes school year finish and family balance
- Sunday practices 12–2 PM + league games
FALL: DEVELOPMENT RAMP
- More practices + structured development
- Select games and tournaments
- Build athleticism, fundamentals, and team execution
